A. WORKING PRINCIPLE-----

This Grain Chiller uses a high pressure fan to take the ambient air through the air filter then into the air cooler.

Being processed by the air cooler, the cold air coming out with a temperature + 7 ℃ and a relative humidity about 94% is reheated by the unique heater. The relative humidity is reduced and is thus adapted to the water content of the product.

Pass this air into the base of the silo or store via ducts. The cold air is forced upward and is distributed throughout the whole store. The warm and humid air is forced out of the store and is replaced by the dry cold air. The cooling operation is completed as soon as the escaping air becomes cold.

Grain, being a good insulator, remains cooled for a long period.

The cold air is always drier and colder than the outside surroundings; thereby eliminate the risk of condensation.

Cooling with the Grain Chiller is entirely independent of weather conditions due to its special design of re-heat device, even when operating in rainy season there is no risk of rehumidification.
